The Pod Company — the original IcePod brand with over 220,000 customers in the cold therapy and wellness space — partnered with MetaShot to professionalize their content supply chain. We designed and managed a full UGC content pipeline: sourcing creators, briefing content, managing production cycles, and delivering a steady stream of authentic, on-brand video and photo assets ready for paid and organic distribution across platforms.
Alongside the content operation, we developed The Pod Company’s overarching creative strategy — defining content pillars, establishing visual and tonal guidelines, and aligning every piece of creator content to a cohesive brand narrative. The goal was to move beyond ad-hoc influencer posts toward a scalable, repeatable creative system that could support the brand’s continued DTC growth.
